Fireblood (Painting by J.A.M)
One-of-one original acrylic on canvas. Painted November 27, 2006 by James Austin Murray at ten years old. Title written across the top in the artist’s own hand. Signed JAMES-MURRAY and dated 11-27-06 on the reverse.
A raw red field is cut with black slashes and struck with white paint — energy before technique, instinct before polish. Twenty years later the same artist records under the name JAM NOW. Fireblood is the earliest known large work from that line: a child’s painting that already looks like a statement.

Why it matters. Most “child art” is a keepsake. This one is a first chapter. Collectors who follow JAM NOW — albums, signed guitars, live work — can own the earliest documented painting from the same hand. Scarcity is real: there is only one Fireblood.
